Ingredients for Cameroonian Plantain Porridge Recipe
4-5 Nos unripe plantains peeled and cut in halves
1/2 cup to1 palm oil
1 pound smoked fish and meat of choice
1/2 cup Crayfish
1 teaspoon Maggi Crevette or 2 bouillon powder
2 tablespoon blended garlic and ginger optional
1 habanero pepper optional
1 teaspooon contri onions optional
As required Salt
3-4 handfuls green leafy vegetable
Directions: Cameroonian Plantain Porridge Recipe
step 1
STEP 1.Peel off the plantains. Add water in a cooking pot and bring it to boil. Then add the plantains.
step 2
STEP 1.After adding plantains add all the other ingredients except for vegetables.
step 3
STEP 1.Cook it for 30 mins or until the plantain is cooked.
step 4
STEP 1.Add the vegetables and cook for 2 mins at low flame. Turn off the flame and serve.
