Directions : Peshwari Naan Recipe

STEP 1.1 in a bowl add refined flour, yeast, salt, sugar,baking powder, milk and some oil.

STEP 2.2 leave the dough aside for 30 minutes to raise and double up.

STEP 3.3 dust some flour on a board and make a small ball out of dough and roll it in a shape of naan.

STEP 4.4 lift it up and place on a baking map.

STEP 5.5 brush some butter on the naan and sprinkle sesame seeds, black sesame, crushed pistachios and melon seeds.

STEP 6.6 roll it lightly so all the seeds stick to the naan well.

STEP 7.1 put this in a preheated oven for 5-10 minutes.

STEP 8.2 take your naan out and add some grated cheese on top and keep it in the oven untill th cheese melts.
