It is a yeast-leavened bread, center filled with dessicated coconut, raisins and flaked almonds. Hence it is stuffed with coarsely powdered dry fruits and cooked on tawa. Peshwari naan is an enriched Mughlai dessert that is widely famous and prepared all over the world.

- 1/2 teaspoon castor sugar
- 0.17 teaspoon Yeast
- 0.17 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.17 teaspoon Salt

How to Make Peshwari Naan Recipe
STEP 01
1 in a bowl add refined flour, yeast, salt, sugar,baking powder, milk and some oil.
STEP 02
2 leave the dough aside for 30 minutes to raise and double up.
STEP 03
3 dust some flour on a board and make a small ball out of dough and roll it in a shape of naan.
STEP 04
4 lift it up and place on a baking map.
STEP 05
5 brush some butter on the naan and sprinkle sesame seeds, black sesame, crushed pistachios and melon seeds.
STEP 06
6 roll it lightly so all the seeds stick to the naan well.
STEP 07
1 put this in a preheated oven for 5-10 minutes.
STEP 08
2 take your naan out and add some grated cheese on top and keep it in the oven untill th cheese melts.
