An easy and most spicy piri piri sauce.Here comes a hot and fiery piri piri sauce from the portuguese cuisine. Its made from piri piri, a type of bird’s eye chili from africa.
STEP 1.1. Cut the bell peppers in half and clean it. Chop it roughly. Now chop the red eyes chillies and bird eyes chillies.
STEP 2.2. Blend all the chillies and one onions in the grinder. Make a smooth paste. Then add 5 cloves of garlic and add paprika, dried oregano, red wine vinegar, ground black pepper, lemon juice and salt to taste. Blend again.
STEP 3.3. Transfer to a saucepan and heat it. Make a boil. Make sure to stir and after 30 minutes the add extra virgin olive oil and lemon zest. the sauce is ready.
