Directions : Peri Peri Roasted Potato Wedges Recipe

STEP 1.1 in a pan add 2 tbsp oil, 3 cloves garlic chopped, 3 potatoes with skin cut into wedges, salt to taste. Stir well.

STEP 2.2 cover and steam cook the potatoes.

STEP 3.3 when potatoes are ¾ done, open the lid and roast till brown.

STEP 4.4 add 4 tbsp peri peri sauce and toss the potatoes till well coated. Turn off the heat.

STEP 5.5 serve peri peri potato wedges with a yogurt dip.
