Pasta in garlic mushroom sauce with sausages Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

This is a very basic pasta recipe and the source of inspiration of this recipe comes from many places. However, i have tried to improvise it to suit my taste. You may also add a few more ingredients to customise it further. I normally use low fat butter and only butter while making pasta. I like butter more than olive oil. However, as told you may choose to use olive oil instead. The best practice is to cook pasta and sauce simultaneously. Freshly boiled pastas are very moist and mixes easily with the sauce. Avoid boiling pasta before and let it cool or rest until ready to mix with sauce. Enjoy!!!.
