Directions : Paneer Mushroom Kaju Sabji Recipe
STEP 1.Heat oil in a thick bottom frying pan roast cashews till golden brown add tomatoes, kasuri methi and let them cook till tomatoes are soft tender. Now blend all the ingredients in a mixer well , add butter jeers in a frying pan and pour mixture from the mixer jar add all the spices and salt , cook until oil separates now add cream , paneer mushroom mix and add water to adjust consistency simmer the gas and let the mushrooms cook. Garnish with cream and coriander.
STEP 2.U can add any veggies in this gravy and can give tadka of whole red chilles and heera this step is optional.
