Paneer Kulcha Bites Recipe

Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, yogurt, salt, sugar, baking powder, and oil. Knead into a soft dough.
• STEP 2.In another bowl, crumble paneer and add chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
• STEP 3.Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a small circle. Place a spoonful of the paneer filling in the center and seal the edges to form a ball.
• STEP 4.Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat. Place the stuffed kulcha on the tawa and cook until golden brown on both sides, applying oil or ghee as needed.
• STEP 5.Serve the Paneer Kulcha Bites hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip.
• STEP 6.Enjoy!

Cooking Tips

• Make sure the paneer is well crumbled to ensure even distribution of flavors.
• You can add grated cheese to the paneer filling for an extra cheesy taste.
• If you don't have a tawa or griddle, you can also cook the kulchas in a non-stick pan.
• For a healthier version, you can bake the kulchas in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
