  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, wheat flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder. Mix well.
  • STEP 2.Add yogurt, oil, and water to the flour mixture. Knead into a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.In a separate bowl, crumble the paneer and add chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, and spices. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a small circle. Place a spoonful of the paneer filling in the center and seal the edges.
