STEP 1.boil milk in the pressure cooker without the lid.
STEP 3.2.after it starts boiling,turn off the flame and rest it for 10 mins.
STEP 4.3.remove the cream from the surface of milk.
STEP 5.4.wash the soaked rice from cold water 5-6 times.
STEP 6.5.now add the soaked rice and sugar in the milk.
STEP 7.6.stir it continuously until the sugar melts and mixes well.
STEP 8.7.cover with the lid and cook it at medium flame.
STEP 9.8.when the steam starts coming out,place the pressure regulator and cook it for 20 mins at low flame.
STEP 10.9.after 20 mins turn off the flame.
STEP 11.10.check the consistency and if it
STEP 12.S thin then cook it at medium flame without covering.
STEP 13.11.meanwhile take a pan and add ghee,cashews and saute it for 5 secs.
STEP 14.12.using the same pan saute raisins for 5 secs.
STEP 15.13.now add the fried cashew nuts,raisins and cardamom powder.
STEP 16.14.mix thoroughly and turn off the flame.
STEP 17.15.cover with the lid and keep it aside for 1 hour.
