  • 200 gram Rice Palada
  • 3 liter Milk
  • 750 gram Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 15 Nos cashew nuts
  • 20 Nos raisins
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee

How to Make Palada Pradhaman Recipe

STEP 01

Soak rice in warm water for 30 mins.

boil milk in the pressure cooker without the lid.

2.after it starts boiling,turn off the flame and rest it for 10 mins.

3.remove the cream from the surface of milk.

4.wash the soaked rice from cold water 5-6 times.

5.now add the soaked rice and sugar in the milk.

6.stir it continuously until the sugar melts and mixes well.

7.cover with the lid and cook it at medium flame.

8.when the steam starts coming out,place the pressure regulator and cook it for 20 mins at low flame.

9.after 20 mins turn off the flame.

11.meanwhile take a pan and add ghee,cashews and saute it for 5 secs.

12.using the same pan saute raisins for 5 secs.

13.now add the fried cashew nuts,raisins and cardamom powder.

14.mix thoroughly and turn off the flame.

15.cover with the lid and keep it aside for 1 hour.
