  • 0.13 cup Melted Jaggery
  • 0.03 cup Ghee
  • 0.13 cup Coconut milk first extraction
  • 0.19 cup Coconut milk second extraction
  • 0.31 cup Coconut milk third extraction
  • 0.38 tablespoon Raisin
  • 0.38 tablespoon Cashew nuts
  • 0.38 tablespoon Coconut bits

How to Make Ada Pradhaman Recipe

Cooking Directions

STEP 01

Take a pan. Heat 1 cup of melted jaggery on medium flame. Add 1 ½ cup of cooked ada. ALlow to boil. When ada gets boiled add ¼ cup of ghee into it mix till the water content gets evaporated.

STEP 02

Add third extraction of coconut milk, allowing it to boil. Stir continuously till the water content is absorbed

STEP 03

Add second extraction of coconut milk and bring it to boil. Stir till the water has evaporated.

STEP 04

Turn off the flame and add the first extraction of coconut milk. Stir for 2-3 minutes.

STEP 05

Add1/2 tsp of dry ginger powder, cardamom powder and cumin powder each to highten the flavour.

STEP 06

In a frying pan take 2 tbsp of ghee. Heat the pan and add 3 tbsp of raisins, cashew nuts and coconut bits each.

STEP 07

Garnish the ada pradhaman with roasted cashew, raisins and coconut bits.
