Directions : Oyakodon Recipe

STEP 1.In a pan add dashi,soy sauce,sugar,sake and mirin

STEP 2.Heat until it starts boiling

STEP 3.Add onion and cook for 1min on medium heat

STEP 4.Add chicken and cook until the meat is cooked

STEP 5.In a bowl beat egg and pour it over the chicken

STEP 6.Cook for 1min

STEP 7.Serve the chicken and egg with rice in a bowl

STEP 8.Garnish with green onions
