A very simple japanese recipe of chicken and egg prepared from cooking chicken in soy sauce, dashi,sake and mirin. Then poured over by egg mixture. Serve it with rice and enjoy every bit of it.

In a pan add dashi,soy sauce,sugar,sake and mirin
Heat until it starts boiling
Add onion and cook for 1min on medium heat
Add chicken and cook until the meat is cooked
In a bowl beat egg and pour it over the chicken
Cook for 1min
Serve the chicken and egg with rice in a bowl
Garnish with green onions
