• 2 Brown onions, finely chopped
• 2 stick Celery Finely Chopped
• 1 Large carrot, peeled, finely chopped
• 2 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
• 1 cup Dry white wine
• 400 gram Can heinz big red tomato soup
• 1 cup Massel chicken style liquid stock
• Mashed potato, to serve
• Steamed green beans, to serve
• 1 Lemon
• 0.5 cup Coarsely chopped flat-leaf parsley
