Generally all the working women & housewives are always planning the menu for lunch/dinner a day before. But sometimes the unplanned dish also turns out fabulous. It happened with me. Yesterday it was raining heavily and it was not possible to go to market to bring vegetables. I directly came home, took rest for 10-15 minutes, had a cup of tea. I was thinking what to cook as there were no vegetables, chicken or fish at home. No option but to manage with whatever stuff i had at home. So i made these two dishes and was very happy and satisfied.
