• 2 teaspoon Coriander powder
• 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric
• 1 teaspoon Mild kashmiri chili powder
• 1.5 teaspoon Kasoor methi dried fenugreek leaves
• 1.5 teaspoon Garam Masala
• 1 teaspoon Kosher salt use a bit less if you are using table salt
• 2 tablespoon Garlic ginger paste
• 1 tablespoon Tomato paste diluted to the consistency of tomato sauce
• 4 ounce Fren spinach thawed and drained
