  • 0.38 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt use a bit less if you are using table salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Garlic ginger paste
  • 1/4 tablespoon Tomato paste diluted to the consistency of tomato sauce
  • 1 ounce Fren spinach thawed and drained
