STEP 1.Roast the semolina(light roast dont make it brown). And let it cool

STEP 3.Chop tomato.
STEP 4.In a pan now heat 1 tsp of ghee/oil and add cumin seed, mustard seed, and curry leaves. Saute them well.
STEP 5.Now add the grated ginger, onion, and carrot. mix them well.
