Directions : Namkeen Sooji Recipe

STEP 1.Roast the semolina(light roast dont make it brown). And let it cool

STEP 2.Grate the onion, ginger, and carrot.

STEP 3.Chop tomato.

STEP 4.In a pan now heat 1 tsp of ghee/oil and add cumin seed, mustard seed, and curry leaves. Saute them well.

STEP 5.Now add the grated ginger, onion, and carrot. mix them well.

STEP 6.Add a handful of cashews and at last, add the chopped tomato.
