STEP 1.Knead the wheat flour in ghee with some warm water.
STEP 2.Keep rubbing the flour for 8-10 mins and keep it for an hour.

STEP 3.Now filter the flour with the sieve.
STEP 4.Add jaggery in water and keep it for some time.

STEP 1.Add ghee in a pot and heat it.

STEP 1.Add mogri flour and roast it until it appears golden brown.

STEP 1.Now add some ghee and heat the jaggery water.

STEP 1.Then filter the jaggery water and add in the mogri flour and mix. Add dry fruits and serve.
