Ingredients for Mogri Ka Churma Recipe

  • 250 gram Wheat flour
  • 100 gram Ghee
  • As required Warm water
  • 200 gram Jaggery
  • As required Dry fruits as per requirement

Directions: Mogri Ka Churma Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Knead the wheat flour in ghee with some warm water.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Keep rubbing the flour for 8-10 mins and keep it for an hour.

step 3

  • STEP 1.After an hour again rub the flour with hand.

step 5

  • STEP 3.Now filter the flour with the sieve.

step 6

  • STEP 4.Add jaggery in water and keep it for some time.

step 9

  • STEP 1.Add ghee in a pot and heat it.

step 10

  • STEP 1.Add mogri flour and roast it until it appears golden brown.

step 11

  • STEP 1.Now add some ghee and heat the jaggery water.

step 12

  • STEP 1.Then filter the jaggery water and add in the mogri flour and mix. Add dry fruits and serve.
