STEP 1.First of all steam the rice powder with some amount of water to make a thick paste.
STEP 2.Add some pinch of salt and 3spoon of ghee..
STEP 3.After 10 minutes of steaming let it set aside to get it cool.
STEP 4.For the feeling..grate 1 1/2 cup of coconut, fry it in a pan with some ghee, after 3-4 minutes add the 1/2 cup of grated jaggery, dry fruits and stir it for another 3minutes
STEP 5.Lastly add 1/4 spoon of powdered elaichi for the flavour
STEP 6.Let it cool and make dumplings with the steam rice.
STEP 7.After dumplings are ready put it in a steamer for another 5minutes ...
STEP 8.Your modak Prasad is ready for bappa..
