Take 2 packets of oreos and segregate the cream from the biscuits.
Cooking Directions
Grind the biscuits in a powder consistency.
Take out the powder consistency in a bowl then add the 4 tbsp malai. If needed, you can always add more to it.
Make a tight dough on the powder. Now with the cream add 2 tbsp shredded coconut. The coconut helps the cream to bind.
Take a modak shaper and place a small ball of the oreo dough.
Keep pressing until the dough takes the modak shape. Then, with the help of your finger, make a hole in the middle.
Add a small layer of the cream and layer the end by taking a little more dough.
Now open the shaper and your oreo modak is ready.
Storage And Serving Method
Add a little condensed milk or malai at the top of the modak for decorating.
