• 1 Clove garlic, minced
• 0.25 teaspoon Salt
• 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
• 2 tablespoon Olive oil
• 0.5 Onion, diced
• 2 Cloves garlic, minced
• 3 Large carrots, peeled and diced
• 3 Celery stalks, diced
• 1 Box of beef stock
• 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
• 1 cup Egg noodles
• 2 cup 1a frozen mixed vegetables
• Sprinkle of grated parmesan, for garnish
