Feta and white beans provide plenty of protein in this main course salad. if you don't have white wine vinegar, you can substitute red wine or balsamic vinegar.

2 Navel oranges
2 tablespoon Olive oil
2 tablespoon White wine vinegar
1.5 cup Crumbled feta
1 Head romaine lettuce, halved and roughly chopped
