Directions : Macaroni Gratin Recipe

STEP 1.Preheat oven at 400f

STEP 2.In boiling water cook the macaroni as instructed

STEP 3.Cut the chicken into bite size

STEP 4.In a frying pan heat oil and cook the chicken until brown

STEP 5.Add the onions, salt and pepper

STEP 6.In another pan add butter, flour and milk , whisk well

STEP 7.Thicken the sauce to add salt and pepper

STEP 8.Add chicken and drained macaroni , add the sauce

STEP 9.Top with mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven for 15mins
