How to Make Macaroni Gratin Recipe

STEP 01

Preheat oven at 400f

STEP 02

In boiling water cook the macaroni as instructed

STEP 03

Cut the chicken into bite size

STEP 04

In a frying pan heat oil and cook the chicken until brown

STEP 05

Add the onions, salt and pepper

STEP 06

In another pan add butter, flour and milk , whisk well

STEP 07

Thicken the sauce to add salt and pepper

STEP 08

Add chicken and drained macaroni , add the sauce

STEP 09

Top with mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven for 15mins
