Ingredients for Macaroni Gratin Recipe

  • 5 ounce Macaroni
  • 1/2 pound chicken thighs
  • 1 brown onion
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 4 tablespoon Flour
  • 2.50 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • As required White Pepper
  • As required mozzarella cheese

Directions: Macaroni Gratin Recipe

  • STEP 1.Preheat oven at 400f
  • STEP 2.In boiling water cook the macaroni as instructed
  • STEP 3.Cut the chicken into bite size
  • STEP 4.In a frying pan heat oil and cook the chicken until brown
  • STEP 5.Add the onions, salt and pepper
  • STEP 6.In another pan add butter, flour and milk , whisk well
  • STEP 7.Thicken the sauce to add salt and pepper
  • STEP 8.Add chicken and drained macaroni , add the sauce
  • STEP 9.Top with mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven for 15mins
