STEP 1.1. Mix cornflour well with one cup of orange juice.
STEP 2.2. Then food colour should be mixed in it.
STEP 3.3. Now turn the gas on and take another pan
STEP 4.for boil with 1 cup of sugar and half a cup of
STEP 5.water.
STEP 6.4. When it boils ,you have to give it with lemon juice.
STEP 7.5. This time you have to pour the juice slowly and keep stirring on low heat.
STEP 8.6. When the mixture is a little thick ,add 3
STEP 9.teaspoon of ghee and stir.
STEP 10.7. Then you have to mix cardamon powder.
STEP 11.8. You have to take it into a ghee smeared container.
STEP 12.9. I have spread cutting almond on top.
STEP 13.10. When it cool down , it should be cut into desired shape and ready for serve .
