Ingredients for Rose Sandesh dessert Recipe

  • 0.33 Cups Paneer
  • 0.67 Tbsp powdered sugar
  • 0.33 Tbsp Milkmaid
  • 1/25 Tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Rose syrup

Directions: Rose Sandesh Dessert Recipe

  • STEP 1.First grate or crumble the paneer.
  • STEP 2.Transfer to a mixing bowl. Add powdered sugar to it.
  • STEP 3.Then add cardamom powder.
  • STEP 4.Mix it all together.
  • STEP 5.Transfer the contents to a mixer grinder jar. Add 2 rose syrup and pulse for 10 seconds or until smooth. This is just to bring the mixture together evenly.
  • STEP 6.Transfer the mixture back to the mixing bowl. Shape them into your desired shape like pedas and press little in middle and make small cavity then place them on a platter.
  • STEP 7.Now add 1tbsp rose on milkmaid and mix well.
  • STEP 8.Pour little milkmaid mixture on pedas cavity
  • STEP 9.Then Refrigerate it for 30 minutes and then serve this easy no-bake dessert.
