• 700 gram Chicken
• 2 tablespoon Yoghurt
• As required Salt
• 3 tablespoon White oil
• 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric
• 1 onion large , sliced
• 1 tomato large , pureed to smooth paste
• 1 cup Thick coconut milk
• 3 Bird eye chillies
• For the paste
• 1 teaspoon White oil
• 0.5 inch ginger stock ,roughly chopped
• 8 Garlic
• 2 teaspoon Fennel seeds
• 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
• 0.5 teaspoon Black peppercorns
• 0.5 inch Cassia bark or cinnamon stick
• 4 Green cardamom
• 4 Kashmiri dried red chillies
