• 2 cup Celery, Chopped
• 1 Package chili seasoning mix
• 1 can Small tomato paste
• 1 can Chili Beans
• 2 can Diced Tomatoes
• 1 Green Bell Pepper, Diced
• 1 Medium Onion, Diced
• 0.5 pound Ground beef, browned and drained
• 0.5 pound Sweet italian sausage, browned and drained
• Cheddar cheese, shredded, for garnish
• Sour cream, for garnish
• Green onions, chopped, for garnish
• As required Cumin, to taste
