• 2 pound Lamb stew meat cubed
• 2 tablespoon Flour
• 4 tablespoon Olive oil
• 1 Large onion chopped
• 2 Cloves garlic chopped
• 2 Large carrots sliced
• 2 Stalks celery sliced
• 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
• 1 cup White wine
• 5.5 cup Lamb stock or beef stock
• 14 ounce Can crushed tomatoes
• A good handful fresh parsley chopped
• As required Salt and pepper to taste
• Grated parmesan cheese for serving
• 1 pound Pasta of your choice optional
