• 400 gram Dried penne
• 400 gram Tinned plum tomatoes pureed
• 400 gram Tinned cherry tomatoes or chopped tomatoes
• 350 gram Raw peeled prawns
• Handful basil leaves, roughly torn
• Pecorino or parmesan to serve
