If you love fried rice, you should try this indonesian fried rice with chicken (nasi goreng ayam). It's is a huge hit with my 5 year old and takes less than 30 minutes to make from start to finish
1 Long red chili or red fresno pepper, sliced diagonally
1.5 cup Cooked chicken chopped
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
4 cup Cooked cold rice
3 tablespoon Kecap manis or sweet soy sauce
