• 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder or/4 cayenne mixed with 3/4 paprika
• 0.5 teaspoon Kasoor methi dried fenugreek leaves
• 0.5 teaspoon Kosher salt
• 4 tablespoon Oil
• 2 inch Cassia bark or cinnamon stick
• 2 tablespoon Onions minced
• 1 tablespoon Garlic/ginger paste recipe link below
• 1 tablespoon Tomato paste with enough water to dilute to the consistency of pasatta
• 15 ounce Curry base recipe link below
• 10 ounce Pre-cooked chicken or lamb
• 1 tablespoon Coconut milk powder in enough water to get to coconut milk consistency
