STEP 1.Roll the aburaage with a rolling pin , cut on side of the aburaage
STEP 2.Boil the prepared in hot water and drain the water
STEP 3.Mix the water,soy sauce and sugar in a pot and boil , let it cool overnight
STEP 4.Soak the mushrooms in water for 30mins
STEP 5.Remove the stem of mushroom and slice
STEP 6.Cut the carrots thinly
STEP 7.In a pot boil the dashi with soy sauce and sugar
STEP 8.Add mushroom and carrots
STEP 9.Cook until the liquid is dry
STEP 10.Add the sushi rice,sesame seeds,and cooked vegetables and mix well
STEP 11.Make rice balls , squeeze the aburaage to stuff the rice balls
STEP 12.Serve
