Ingredients for Inarizushi Recipe

  • 2 cup Water
  • 4 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 5 tablespoon Sugar
  • 8 squares Aburaage
  • 1 cup Dashi
  • 3 dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 small carrot
  • 3 cup Sushi rice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Directions: Inarizushi Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Roll the aburaage with a rolling pin , cut on side of the aburaage

step 2

  • STEP 2.Boil the prepared in hot water and drain the water

step 3

  • STEP 3.Mix the water,soy sauce and sugar in a pot and boil , let it cool overnight

step 4

  • STEP 4.Soak the mushrooms in water for 30mins

step 5

  • STEP 5.Remove the stem of mushroom and slice

step 6

  • STEP 6.Cut the carrots thinly

step 7

  • STEP 7.In a pot boil the dashi with soy sauce and sugar

step 8

  • STEP 8.Add mushroom and carrots

step 9

  • STEP 9.Cook until the liquid is dry

step 10

  • STEP 10.Add the sushi rice,sesame seeds,and cooked vegetables and mix well

step 11

  • STEP 11.Make rice balls , squeeze the aburaage to stuff the rice balls

step 12

  • STEP 12.Serve
