- 2 cup Water
- 4 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 5 tablespoon Sugar
- 8 squares Aburaage
- 1 cup Dashi
- 3 dried shiitake mushrooms
- 1 small carrot
- 3 cup Sushi rice
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

How to Make Inarizushi Recipe
STEP 01
Roll the aburaage with a rolling pin , cut on side of the aburaage
STEP 02
Boil the prepared in hot water and drain the water
STEP 03
Mix the water,soy sauce and sugar in a pot and boil , let it cool overnight
STEP 04
Soak the mushrooms in water for 30mins
STEP 05
Remove the stem of mushroom and slice
STEP 06
Cut the carrots thinly
STEP 07
In a pot boil the dashi with soy sauce and sugar
STEP 08
Add mushroom and carrots
STEP 09
Cook until the liquid is dry
STEP 10
Add the sushi rice,sesame seeds,and cooked vegetables and mix well
STEP 11
Make rice balls , squeeze the aburaage to stuff the rice balls
STEP 12
Serve
