Directions : Ikan Pari Bakar Recipe

step 1

STEP 1.Dry toast shrimp paste until fragrant. Grind lemongrass, shallots, garlic, galangal, chillies and turmeric powder. Add oil in a pan and heat it at medium flame. Add ground ingredients and saute it. Then add shrimp paste, tamarind juice, water and salt.

step 2

STEP 1.Now keep the paste aside and let it cool. Marinate fish with chilli paste and keep it for 30 minutes. Brush the banana leaf with some oil. Then place the marinated fish on the banana leaf and grill it. Squeeze some lime juice.
