• 8 cup Organic chicken broth
• 1 can Organic tomato sauce
• 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
• 1 Bay leaf
• 0.5 Onion, chopped
• 1 Large carrot, peeled and chopped
• 2 Garlic cloves, minced
• 1 teaspoon Sugar
• 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
• As required Salt and pepper, to taste
• 6 ounce Whole wheat pasta, like rotini, elbows or broken up lasagna noodles
• Optional:shredded parmesan cheese or mozzarella cheese
