Directions : Harissa hummus Recipe

STEP 1.Soak whole kashmiri red chili, lasan and red chili powder in vinegar for 1 hour.

STEP 2.Roast the bell pepper with a pc of garlic, wash and de-skin.

STEP 3.Take 1 part hummus, bell pepper and the soaked ingredients along with the other ingredients and grind.

STEP 4.Add the tomato puree slowly until you make a fine paste.

STEP 5.Garnish with olive oil and chili flakes.
