• 12 tablespoon Unsalted butter melted and cooled slightly
• 3 Eggs at room temperature, beaten
• 0.5 teaspoon Kosher salt
• 3 tablespoon Superfine white rice flour
• 2 cup Shelled pecan halves very roughly chopped
• 0.5 cup Shelled pecan halves for decorating the top
