2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
1 tablespoon Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
2 teaspoon Minced fresh gingerroot

1 cup Water
2 cup Fresh snow peas, halved
2 ounce Uncooked angel hair pasta, broken into thirds
