STEP 1.Heat ghee in a deep pan.Add elaichi powder.Mix well.
STEP 2.Now roast the grated coconut in the ghee,now keep it aside.
STEP 3.Add ghee to the pan and put in the grated carrot.Sauté till the carrot gets soft.
STEP 4.Add milk to pan.Mix well and let the milk boil till the mixture thickens.
STEP 5.And Voila your delightful gajar halwa is ready.Serve it hot or chilled
