  • 2 Cups Carrots, grated
  • 1 Cups Grated coconut

Directions: Gajar Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat ghee in a deep pan.Add elaichi powder.Mix well.
  • STEP 2.Now roast the grated coconut in the ghee,now keep it aside.
  • STEP 3.Add ghee to the pan and put in the grated carrot.Sauté till the carrot gets soft.
  • STEP 4.Add milk to pan.Mix well and let the milk boil till the mixture thickens.
  • STEP 5.And Voila your delightful gajar halwa is ready.Serve it hot or chilled
