Fresh Corn & Red Pepper Bisque Recipe

Ingredients For Fresh Corn & Red Pepper Bisque Recipe

• 2 teaspoon Extra virgin olive oil
• 1 cup Sweet onion, chopped, such as vidalia
• 3 cup Fresh Corn Kernels
• 1 Large clove garlic, minced
• 4 cup Reduced sodium chicken broth, or vegetable broth
• 0.25 teaspoon Salt
• 0.25 cup Reduced fat sour cream
• 1 tablespoon Yellow Cornmeal
• As required Freshly ground pepper, to taste
• 1 part Scallion, white and pale green , thinly sliced
• 1 Small red bell pepper, diced
• 2 tablespoon Finely chopped parsley, or cilantro
• As required Hot sauce, such as tabasco sauce, to taste
