3 tablespoon Canola oil
1 Medium onion, chopped
2 Garlic cloves, minced

1 cup Uncooked instant brown rice
1 can Chopped green chilies
1 can Condensed nacho cheese soup, undiluted
3 tablespoon Minced fresh cilantro
