• 10 ounce Mixed salad greens, i used some shredded brussels sprouts and kale along with greens
• 1 cup Cider pulled pork, optional
• 0.25 cup Dried figs, stems removed and quartered
• 0.25 cup Dried cranberries
• 0.25 cup Roasted nuts
• 0.5 Crisp apple, sliced thin
• 0.25 cup Olive oil
• 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon Honey
• 0.5 teaspoon Salt
• 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
