Directions : East India Style Prawn Curry Recipe

STEP 1.Add 1/2 pod of garlic and paste of 2 onions to 3 tbsp of vegetable oil and fry it well.

STEP 2.Now add 2 tbsp of east indian bottle masala and cook this well.

STEP 3.Make the tomato paste and add to it.

STEP 4.Add 3/4th of the first extract of coconut milk to the pan.

STEP 5.Put 1/2 kg of prawns into the mixture and bring it to boil.

STEP 6.Now add 1 1/2 cup of the second extract of coconut milk and allow it to cook for some time.

STEP 7.Add a pinch of sugar and the required amount of salt to the mixture and boil it for 7 minutes.

STEP 8.Pour 1/2 tbsp of east indian vinegar and the remaining, first extract of coconut milk and give it the final stir.
