  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Slit
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon Tamarind Pulp
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • as per your need Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and chopped onions. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and turmeric powder. Cook for a minute.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, coriander powder, and tamarind pulp. Cook until tomatoes are soft and oil separates from the masala.
  • STEP 4.Add coconut milk and water. Bring it to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add cleaned prawns and salt. Cook until prawns are cooked through.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or roti.
