STEP 3.First of all, keep the milk warm and keep stirring it continuously. When the milk does not start boiling, let it boil on low flame and keep the cream which is formed on the side.
STEP 4.When the milk becomes 700 ml, then add milkmaid and mix it and let it boil with it. I like sweets a little more, so I use whole tin of milkmaid, if you want to eat less sweet then you can also add 300 grams.
STEP 5.When the mixture becomes a little thick, then put it on the gas and keep it to cool down. Mix elchi powder in the rabri and then let it cool down. After the rabri cools down, it will be slightly thick.
STEP 6.Fry the bread till the rabri cools down.
STEP 7.Cut the bread into heart shape and fry it in desi ghee. And keep it on the side.
STEP 8.Now take sugar and water and keep it for boiling, when the sugar melts and the sugar syrup becomes thick, then add drops of lemon juice to it and after 2 minutes turn off the gas and keep the sugar syrup to cool down.
STEP 9.When the rabri cools down, keep 1 bowl as white as it is, and mix it with rose syrup in the rest of the rabri and keep both in the fridge to cool down for a while.
STEP 10.When the rabri cools down, first place the rabri with rose syrup in the bottom plate, then put the heart shaped bread on top and keep it dipped in sugar syrup for 1 second and take it out and place it on the rabri. Then place white rabri on top of the bread, place some chopped dryfruits on top and put some mixed fruit jam on top and again place the bread dipped in sugar syrup and place white rabri on top of it and keep some dryfruit and some mixed fruit jam on the side. Serve the heart shaped bread dipped in sugar syrup and garnished with rabri and dryfruits and then garnished with pistachios and rose petals on top of the rabri, then Dil-e-Bahar is ready for serving.
